The role

We are looking for an experienced consultant to boost our Cloud business in the DACH market.

How You'll Make An Impact

Client projects (60%)

• Consult clients on the non-technical aspects of successful Cloud transformations (strategy, roadmap, business case, organization, governance, processes, education, etc.)
• Lead and contribute to Cloud assessments, synthesizing client situation and needs into actionable advice
• Support the delivery of projects within interdisciplinary teams of business, IT and Cloud professionals – both on consulting and delivery-oriented projects.
• Become a trusted advisor for our clients on topics related to Cloud transformation. Identify unmet needs and new opportunities for collaboration while working on client projects.
  
  

Presales & Sales (40%)

• Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies on Cloud transformation topics. Develop consulting offerings matching Zühlke’s expertise to the evolving market context and needs.
• Lead the design of proposals for projects covering both consulting and development of tailored Cloud solutions
• Help prepare and carry out pre-sale meetings with C-Level prospects to identify and qualify needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Act as an ambassador and thought leader for our discipline, by attending events and networking opportunities, and by proactively leveraging your personal network.
  
  

What's important to us

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM
• Several years consulting and Cloud-related work experience: Expertise in cloud strategy, roadmap, business case, organisation and governance with a deep understanding of how to effectively structure and oversee cloud initiatives.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, selling consulting work, pragmatism, output-focused work, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, build and lead interdisciplinary teams
• You are highly customer-centric and can think and communicate across disciplines and levels of seniority
• You are results-oriented and able to win over stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
