With a strong presence across Germany and the flexibility of remote work, they are on the lookout for a Senior Cloud Architect (m / f / d) to join their growing "Open Source Infrastructure" team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Cloud Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust cloud architectures that make a real impact. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailor-made solutions that align with business goals and push the boundaries of what's possible in the cloud.

Your mission :

• Design and develop cutting-edge cloud architectures
• Translate business needs into technical cloud strategies
• Present solution concepts and project milestones with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Architect and plan cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Configure and optimize cloud infrastructures
• Lead and support projects throughout their full lifecycle
• Inspire and empower your project team with strong leadership

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this role, you should combine technical prowess with excellent communication and leadership skills :

• A degree in (Business) Informatics or completed vocational IT training
• 5+ years of experience in software development or IT infrastructure
• Strong background in designing and building cloud-based solutions
• Analytical mindset, motivation, and a collaborative spirit
• Solid knowledge of modern cloud / web technologies (CI / CD, containers, automation, orchestration, IaC)
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform : AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Fluency in German and good command of English
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance (according to SÜG)
