Red Hat GMBH is seeking an Application Developer Consultant in Germany to deliver cloud-native development and infrastructure expertise for client projects. You will coach client teams, implement OpenShift-based solutions, and lead on-site delivery while aligning with best practices in automation, reliability, and performance.

You should bring hands-on experience with container tech, Java Springboot or Python, and DevOps toolchains (Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD), plus German language skills (C1+).

Qualifikationen

• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level.
• Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments.
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Ansible Automation Platform.
• German language skills: C1+ is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA; consulting experience or Red Hat certifications are a plus.

The German Red Hat Services team is looking for an Application Developer Consultant to join us in Germany. In this role, you will work hands-on as a subject matter expert in Red Hat’s infrastructure, cloud technology and with main focus on cloud-native development with our clients. You'll answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups and lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. You will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructures, application landscape, and business issues and you will make recommendations appropriate to their environments.
