Red Hat is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to join the Germany team. You will support the Ansible Sales team and provide pre-sales technical support to prospects, working with customers on site and remotely to align business needs with Red Hat solutions.
You will lead discovery, design workshops, and proofs of concept, building trusted relationships with engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders while contributing to thought leadership in the Automation community.
The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to join us in Germany. In this role, you will support the Ansible Sales team and provide pre-sales technical support to prospects. You'll work with key customers both on site and remotely to build a relationship of trust and confidence between Red Hat and the customers' engineering, development, and operations teams. To be successful, you'll need to gain an understanding of the customers business needs and align those needs with the capabilities of our solutions. You will also play a crucial role in bringing together internal cross-functional teams to satisfy our most challenging customers. You'll serve as the customer advocate with these teams to architect the best solution and ensure that it is implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way.
