Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Build relationships with developers and platform leads, contributing to secure and scalable solution design.
- Help resolve technical blockers by collaborating with engineering teams and sharing insights.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of GitHub, Visual Studio, AI-assisted dev tools, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
- Represent Microsoft in developer communities and forums, sharing learnings and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Foundational technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Experience engaging with enterprise development teams, including developers and technical decision makers.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java) and familiarity with frameworks such as .NET, Node.js, or React.
- Exposure to developer tools such as GitHub and Visual Studio Code, and basic understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, or platform engineering concepts.
- Ability to participate in technical engagements (e.g., demos, hackathons, code-with sessions).
- Willingness to learn and grow technical skills through hands-on engagements and community participation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) or hybrid/on-premises infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development concepts (APIs, containers, microservices).
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), low-code/pro-code platforms, or Azure AI.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
