Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Medical Coding Educator in Germany to deliver proactive coding education and onboarding for Physicians and APPs. You will review clinician records to provide tailored documentation feedback and serve as the main point of contact for coding inquiries.

You will also monitor Epic work queues to ensure timely, accurate charge submissions and collaborate with multiple departments to elevate documentation practices and coding quality.

Qualifikationen

• Certification in AHIMA/AAPC credentials.
• Experience in ENT or Audiology preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Strong medical terminology and anatomy/physiology knowledge.

Requirements

• Certification required: RHIA or RHIT or CCS or CCS-P issued by AHIMA, or CPC issued by AAPC.
• Desired experience in ENT/Audiology.
• In-depth knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Advanced knowledge of Epic and other reporting tools.
