Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced Medical Coder to accurately code records for evaluation and management, procedures, and diagnoses. The role requires independence, meeting deadlines, and staying current with coding rules.

You will handle confidential PHI, adhere to HIPAA, prepare coding reports for customers and the Coding Services Manager, and maintain production and quality standards. CPC/CCS-P is required; CPMA/CEMC preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of coding experience.
• Extensive coding in multiple specialties including all primary care, hospitalists, pulmonology, medical oncology, general surgery, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and deadline driven attitude.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and internet).
• Ability to multitask and keep a sense of urgency.
• Excellent customer service skills.
