Jobtailor seeks a senior healthcare coding advisor to partner with US healthcare clients from Germany, guiding adoption, value realization, and strategic outcomes.

You will lead coding implementations, drive change management, ensure compliance, and help deliver sustainable delivery processes across enterprise projects.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience working in US healthcare.
• 5+ years experience in Coding.
• Familiar with EHR workflow, clinical documentation, CDI, and medical coding.
• Customer Management skills especially in dealing with Physicians, Clinical Champions, CMO, CMIO and Practice Leaders
• Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
