Our client is a leading MedTech company that provides minimally invasive medical devices globally. As a family-owned business, our client is committed to achieving the best outcomes for patients and offering simpler, more effective options for doctors.
Due to expanding their business in Germany, they are now seeking a Clinical Support Specialist in South Hamburg or Central Hannover. The role involves selling the vascular product portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and training to physicians. The CSS will also serve as a clinical expert within the vascular team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio and related products.
- Provide services to designated hospital customers.
- Assist with treatment planning and related support.
- Maintain an operating room presence and assist staff in achieving successful outcomes with vascular products.
- Manage daily customer contacts.
- Support product launches.
- Present new technologies.
- Identify additional potential opportunities for customers.
- Provide technical product training for clinical staff and support the vascular team in using Cook's medical devices.
- Update Regional Business Managers, Commercial Business Managers, and Account Specialists on developments and trends within the product portfolio.
- Provide market feedback and timely information to divisional personnel.
- Explore and evaluate new product ideas, communicate findings to the Sales Manager and Account Manager, and facilitate ongoing communication.
- Ensure all new or updated product information is effectively communicated and understood by customers and team members.
- Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and presentations locally and internationally.
- Submit written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.

- Willingness and availability to meet frequently with customers and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
- Experience in medical sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant products or procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good numerical skills are a plus.
