As part of the EMEA Clinical Team, you will produce and deliver product training for ARGON Medical Devices´ portfolio. Collaborating with clinical affairs and corporate training, the team ensures knowledge retention through continuous learning and hands-on experiences. The team is also committed to creating reinforcement activities to maintain high levels of clinical expertise within the sales team, leading to an effective and motivated workforce.
The Challenge
In this demanding role, you will be supporting a diverse cardiovascular product portfolio. Your responsibilities include supporting growth by engaging healthcare professionals through well-prepared meetings, education, and training and support. Moreover, you will be promoting the safe and effective use of Argon Medical Devices.
You will be working closely with the sales force to plan, prioritize, and execute education and training activities across clinics and hospitals in Germany. This role requires business acumen; strong multitasking skills, as your customers base will range from nurses, doctors to senior consultants across various departments and operating teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Your Talent
You are trained as a health care practitioner, preferably as a Nurse, with clinical support experience and product training. You are used to work with sales and product training within the German healthcare sector, ideally in a similar therapeutic area.
You have strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers, key opinion leaders, and relevant healthcare professionals.
You are persistent while also demonstrating strong situational awareness and the ability to empathize with others.
You are skilled at acquiring professional knowledge and competencies at a high level. You think creatively and are motivated by making a difference. You are an empathetic person with impact and personal integrity.
Keys to success
You will work remotely while residing in central Germany to best serve the German market.
The role requires significant travel within a flexible working environment.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education EMEA, and work closely together with the German Management.
