Jobbeschreibung

Reporting to the Clinical Manager EMEA , the Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be supporting the whole EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical perspective, as well as supporting the clinical conversations with our doctors.

Accountabilities / responsibilities :

Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctors

Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among DACH country and EMEA doctors

Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization

Working in collaboration with Marketing / Education teams to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules

Validation alongside the Marketing / Education teams of all clinical claims, case studies, publications

Introduce the foundations of the product portfolio from a clinical standpoint and benefits of our solutions, ensuring effective utilization while escalating needs for additional training to the relevant stakeholders

Manage customer and internal inquiries submitted through internal platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in dentistry / medical / orthodontics

Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanicshighly preferred

Fluent German language skills and fluent English language skills are mandatory

Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA region

Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization

Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

Other preferred qualifications : knowledge of any additional European language
