Job Description:

Reporting to the Clinical Manager EMEA, the Clinical Specialist possesses comprehensive clinical, biomechanical, and product knowledge. The candidate will support the entire EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) with clinical-related inquiries, assist in marketing and education programs from a clinical perspective, and engage in clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.

Accountabilities/responsibilities:

  • Escalate clinical questions and issues from doctors.
  • Proactively address inquiries, complaints, and adverse events among DACH and EMEA doctors.
  • Provide clinical support regarding treatment planning and ORMCO APPROVER utilization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Education teams to develop clinical content, e-learning modules, and training materials.
  • Validate clinical claims, case studies, and publications alongside Marketing/Education teams.
  • Introduce the product portfolio's clinical foundations and benefits, ensuring effective usage and identifying training needs.
  • Manage customer and internal inquiries via internal platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in dentistry, medical, or orthodontics.
  • Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics (highly preferred).
  • Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to liaise with KEs, doctors, and partners across EMEA.
  • Team player capable of working within a multinational matrix organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Additional European language skills are a plus.
