Job Description:

Reporting to the Clinical Manager EMEA, the Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be supporting the whole EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical perspective, as well as supporting the clinical conversations with our doctors.

Accountabilities/responsibilities:
  • Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctors
  • Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among DACH country and EMEA doctors
  • Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization
  • Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules
  • Validation alongside the Marketing/Education teams of all clinical claims, case studies, publications
  • Introduce the foundations of the product portfolio from a clinical standpoint and benefits of our solutions, ensuring effective utilization while escalating needs for additional training to the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage customer and internal inquiries submitted through internal platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in dentistry/medical/orthodontics
  • Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics highly preferred
  • Fluent German language skills and fluent English language skills are mandatory
  • Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA region
  • Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
  • Other preferred qualifications: knowledge of any additional European language
