Masimo Corporation in Stuttgart is seeking a field-based medical liaison to accompany trials and tailor solutions for hospitals. You will train clinical staff, present products at events, and collaborate with sales to drive customer success.

The role requires medical training after high school, deep clinical knowledge, strong organization, and fluency in German with good English. A company car and mobility support are provided, with extensive regional travel.

Aufgaben

• Accompany trials and order measurement parameters at customer sites.
• Develop and implement customer solutions with sales staff and provide ongoing support.
• Train clinical and nursing staff at company training centers or hospitals.
• Present products at workshops, trade fairs and congresses.
• Document customer feedback in the CRM system and coordinate with teams such as Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Service.
• Travel within the assigned region at least 60% of working time.

Accompanying applications (trial order of measurement parameters and products) in the field of non-invasive patient monitoring at the customer's site

Development and implementation of individual overall solutions for the customer together with the sales staff and subsequent continued support

Training of clinical and nursing staff in the company's own training center or in hospitals

Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses

Documentation and forwarding of customer feedback in the CRM system

Collaboration with national and international teams such as Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Service

Traveling in the assigned region at least 60% of the working time

Requirements

• High school diploma with subsequent medical training, e.g. as a cardio technician, nurse with specialized further training
