Jobbeschreibung

Clinical Sales Specialist – SUD DACH (South Germany, Austria and Switzerland)

Investments in, the mission’s clear :

After a recent investment, we’ve been engaged to support the growth of a world-class commercial team. This time, we’re searching for a Clinical Sales Specialist to cover South Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Someone ready to step into one of the most vital roles in the business : empowering surgeons, owning the OR, and driving uptake of a category-defining surgical robotics platform.

This is a hybrid clinical-commercial role, perfect for someone ready to enter or grow within the robotic surgery space. You’ll play a key part in scaling an innovation-first business that’s combining real clinical value with startup energy.

Why you should be interested — 3 reasons :

Game-changing tech

A robotic visualization platform fusing robotics, mixed reality, and digital precision already adopted by pioneering hospitals and gaining traction across Europe.

Clinical impact meets commercial growth

You’ll be embedded in the OR training, consulting, and building trust with surgical teams while also playing a pivotal role in expanding usage and driving adoption across the region.

Culture first

A team with zero ego, high ownership, and strong mission alignment. The company’s still founder-involved, agile, and real to its values.

What will you do?

You’ll take ownership of existing clinical accounts and help drive deeper engagement and utilization, while also acting as the right-hand to a capital sales lead in the region. You’ll…

  • Train and support surgical teams during procedures
  • Consult on best practices and workflow optimization
  • Expand system usage and uncover growth opportunities
  • Influence referral networks and drive cross-site advocacy
  • Be the voice of the OR, feeding insight into the broader team

Is this you?

You’re likely coming from an OR background. Maybe a scrub nurse, OR technician, or clinical specialist and you’ve had a taste of the medtech industry. You thrive in fast-paced, surgical environments, and you’ve got the empathy, emotional intelligence, and social radar to read a room and influence surgeons and staff.

Experience in the OR (scrub or support)

Medical device exposure (ideally with capital equipment)

Autonomous, proactive, curious, and people-smart

Based in South Germany, Switzerland, or willing to travel extensively
