Your role as Clinical Manager

• Shape and implement clinical strategies that support both product development and market access goals

• Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, including post-market activities

• Ensure all clinical operations are fully compliant with GCP, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical investigators, and internal cross-functional teams to generate clinical insights

• Deliver clinical education and training to internal teams including sales, marketing, and field staff

• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of clinical data to support reporting and publication efforts

• Take ownership of clinical risk management by monitoring patient safety and addressing adverse events

• Represent the company at scientific congresses, investigator meetings, and training events

• Provide hands-on leadership to clinical team members and ensure seamless execution of all clinical activities

Experience and qualifications for the Clinical Manager role

• A degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Solid experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or a similar clinical function within the healthcare or medical device sector

• A deep understanding of clinical trial methodologies, evidence generation, and regulatory requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple clinical projects simultaneously while meeting key milestones

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate clinical data into strategic insights

• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are beneficial
