Keys Group in the UK seeks a motivated nurse specialist to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, delivering engaged clinical training for Supported Living and Residential teams, and providing expert nursing advice in line with NICE guidance.

You will conduct assessments, contribute to safeguarding and risk management, participate in pre-admission meetings and MDT panels, and collaborate with Learning and Development to identify training needs.

Qualifikationen

• NMC registration is essential.
• Experience delivering clinical and non-clinical training across all levels.
• Experience in adult nursing with evidence-based methods.
• Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding, Risk Management.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own car.

Jobbeschreibung

• Work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide specialist clinical advice, guidance and support across Keys Group services.
• Develop and deliver engaging, bespoke clinical training packages (online and face-to-face) for Supported Living and Residential teams.

• Promote person-centred, trauma-informed care and contribute to effective risk management and safeguarding practices.
• Provide early clinical input to referrals and pre-admission meetings and contribute to complex case panels and MDT meetings.
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and support workforce development.
• Deliver clinical consultation, advice and supervision to care teams, students and trainees as required.
• Contribute to service development, clinical working groups and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with CQC/CIW standards.
• Build effective working relationships with internal colleagues, Local Authorities, NHS services and external partners.
• Travel across services in England and Wales as required to fulfil the role.

• Essential: Mentoring in practice course, or equivalent.
• Essential: Experience in adult nursing, evidence based methods, models and tools as reflected in broad clinical experience and expertise.
• Essential: Knowledge of: Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults, Risk Management, social care workforce, Medication and potential side effects.
• Essential: Full clean driving license and access to own car.
• Essential: Experience delivering clinical and non-clinical training across all professional levels, from entry-level to experienced staff.
