This means you'll get to experience all stages of the development of a start-up and actively work on new and innovative products in the field of high-end genetic research and analysis. Responsibilities

1. Collect and manage clinical data from patients subjected to genetic testing.
2. Translate clinical symptoms into HPO terminology to ensure standardized and accurate data representation.
3. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical information in our proprietary laboratory information system (LIS).
4. Collaborate with geneticists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to gather and verify clinical data.
5. Ensure smooth operations and communication between Arcensus and its customers regarding queries, complaints, logistics of patient samples, and delivery of reports.
6. Support new customers in onboarding to Arcensus's digital platforms.
7. Maintain clinical documentation accurately for existing customers.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Information Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in clinical data management, ideally in a genetic testing environment.
• Proficiency in translating clinical symptoms into HPO terminology.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations and clinical data management practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Certification in Clinical Data Management (e.g., CCDM) is a plus.
