Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Specialist to provide onsite and virtual training for Sentec users, developing curricula and programs, and supporting field sales and marketing with education that drives adoption.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science, an active RRT license, and experience educating healthcare professionals. Knowledge of Sentec products and prior medical device experience are highly valued; vaccination is required for credentialing.

Aufgaben

• Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users.
• Support new hire and ongoing sales training with field sales and marketing.
• Deliver onsite and virtual customer training and education with curricula, processes, tools, and programs.
• Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of the technology to care providers.
• Participate in product evaluations and installations.
• Assess needs and provide product education, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Educate to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in accounts.
• Deliver CE and non-CE presentations and in-person state and national society presentations.
• Act as subject matter expert for products in key market segments to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to coordinate customer education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Current RRT license is required.
• Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred.
• Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
• Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing
