Weezevent is seeking a
Client Success Manager (M/F) based in Germany, preferably in Berlin (remote work possible).
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary liaison between Weezevent and event organizers, managing projects from start to finish.
- Create and implement project plans for the delivery of contracted services at events.
- Coordinate with clients, typically music festival promoters, and adjust plans as needed leading up to the event.
- Ensure smooth communication, answer questions, and meet expectations according to agreements.
- Set up our software to achieve the required ticketing, access, and cashless flow.
- Handle full logistics, including terminal setup, operations during the event, breakdown, and post-event activities.
- Post-event, create reports, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and advise on improvements and negotiations for future events.
- Stay updated on our solutions and features within the industry sector.
- Report to the Head of Project Management.
