Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the team in educating clients and agencies about our product solutions and best practices, contributing to the growth of existing business. Help manage relationships with key clients and agency partners in various domains (media, creative, marketing).
  • Establish scalable processes for our expanding Client Solutions Management team.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to provide clients with data-driven insights, enhancing our advertising offerings.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, adopting a consultative, long-term approach to foster productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Oversee custom programs or sponsorships, leading content campaigns to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Initiate campaigns with clients, oversee timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities.
  • Act as a product consultant, sharing knowledge to foster growth of business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative ad solutions grounded in measurable results.
  • Work directly with international product and engineering teams to resolve client issues during campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate, and manage campaign reporting and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape and social media.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Self-starter, fast learner, with a start-up spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients in the TV and Streaming industry.
  • Experience advising app and web eCommerce businesses.
  • Proven success in a rapidly changing environment.
