Responsibilities

The Client Solutions team aims to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by addressing the challenges faced by direct clients and agencies through top-tier campaign services. Client Solution Managers possess a comprehensive understanding of TikTok's ad products, are humble, adaptable, and open to change. You will join a team of consultants, marketing, and self-service platform experts who proactively drive clients' growth strategies, including upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Brand and Agency Partnerships teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Success requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and expertise in providing customized solutions leveraging our unique ad product suite, combining technical and commercial knowledge.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to grow existing businesses, managing relationships with key automotive clients and agency partners (media, creative, and marketing).
  2. Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven insights, improve advertising offerings, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a long-term, consultative approach to build productive client relationships in collaboration with the Brand Partnership Managers.
  4. Manage internal cross-departmental programs or sponsorships and lead custom content campaigns to ensure timely asset distribution and delivery.
  5. Kick off campaigns with clients, managing timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities.
  6. Serve as a product consultant, educating clients and agencies on solutions and best practices to grow business partnerships.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions aimed at achieving measurable business results.
  8. Work directly with international product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
  9. Develop scalable processes for the expanding Client Solutions Management Team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on campaign management experience across digital platforms and ad tech products.
  • Understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven, analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in German & English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, with a start-up spirit.
  • Industry expertise is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or at a media agency.
  • Background in performance and branding campaigns.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, changing environment.
