PineBridge Investments is seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join the Client Solutions team based in Munich. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring client, operational, regulatory and administrative efficiency of the organization.
Under direct supervision the main responsibilities include:
- Supporting German Client Solutions team, both Sales and Client Service, in respective day-to-day work
- The above includes preparation of meetings and follow-up to meetings
- Conducting analysis and market research on new prospects and market segments
- Liaison with portfolio managers and/or product managers and operations managers on investment related requests
- Coordinating projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulation
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality
- Draft, format and distribute communications, reports and presentations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and system access coordination
- Assist in internal and external audit related requests and regulatory reviews
- Maintain up to date records of internal policies, procedures and regulatory filings and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Assist with regulatory questionnaires and due diligence documentation
- Support cross-functional projects by tracking deliverables, updating stakeholders and maintaining project documentation
- Contribution to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- Collaborate closely with RfP team on any questionnaires and data requests that we respond to
- Salesforce guardian – database maintenance - and running reports, dashboards
- Closely collaborate with Marketing on any PR, Roadshow and Events coordination
- Regular translation of marketing material or PR pieces as well as presentations for German speaker’s requests
- Providing monthly reporting to investors
- Maintain investor spreadsheets with respective information on characteristics of mandates
- Planning of investor onsite visits to various global locations
- Closely collaborating with compliance on any material that is provided
- Plan roadshows, outreach campaigns, and organize responses to inbound requests
- Prepare presentation materials to be used in investor meetings
Personal Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; finance, economics, or business focus preferred
- Preference for some experience in a similar role within sales or financial services
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required, including experience using the software to produce high quality presentations and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with investors, senior sales professionals, portfolio managers, and subject matter experts
- Must be pro-active, self-motivated, assertive, and well-organized
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in German and English
