About the Client Relationship Manager role

Our Client Relationship Managers are client-facing roles where your local expertise and interpersonal skills will play a key part in supporting and growing our Tier 1–3 client base.
As a trusted partner to our clients, you’ll:
- Work with Client Leads to manage and grow our existing, internationally established clients, deepening relationships and maximising opportunities to deliver our negotiation solutions.
- Align client plans with business strategies and actions, ensuring smooth coordination with Client Leads and Engagement Managers.
- Take ownership of client interactions including client meetings, proposal development, contract alignment (MSAs, NDAs, pricing), and proactive relationship building.
- Drive business growth through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and resources, manage planning and evaluation, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Lead project and pipeline management for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
About You
- Languages required: English and Spanish are a must, additionally Italian would be advantageous.
- You’ll be in a client-facing role, such as account management, client management or sales-based, with a commercial drive to build and develop established accounts.
- Strong relationship building skills will be key to your success, both internally and externally, with a natural curiosity to understand our clients, their challenges and how our solutions can help them.
- Commercial drive with a creative spark to further develop client accounts.
- An excellent communicator.
- You’ll have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, navigating across a large portfolio of clients.
- Comfortable working in a sales target driven environment, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and client centric environment.
