McCue Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Manager to lead and grow our Amazon Europe account within the Industrial Safety Division. This is a strategic role responsible for driving business development, expanding brand visibility, and managing long-term relationships within Amazon and related stakeholders across the European market. You will develop and execute a focused sales strategy for Amazon Europe, targeting both new and existing facilities. This includes engaging directly with Amazon decision-makers as well as Main Contractors, Architects, and System Integrators involved in key material handling verticals. You'll be accountable for managing your sales pipeline, achieving growth targets, and helping McCue expand its footprint across the Amazon Europe estate and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on Amazon Europe and related regional sectors
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key contacts within Amazon and related contractors
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Expand brand awareness and secure McCue as a preferred solution in Amazon’s operations
  • Deliver impactful presentations to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with global McCue Amazon teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution
  • Use Hubspot CRM to manage contacts, generate quotes, and track performance
  • Identify and influence decision-makers to drive value-led conversations

  • Proven ability to negotiate long-term agreements with end users
  • Comfortable engaging with contractors at both site and head office level
  • Skilled at building new relationships and growing existing ones within Amazon’s ecosystem
  • Data-driven approach to crafting tailored solutions
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly collaborative

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany and able to travel regionally as needed
  • Strong experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in industrial safety, construction, or supply chain solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (German language skills a plus)

Location: Ulm, Germany (Must be based in Germany)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: €60,000-€75,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Car Allowance

Reporting to: VP, McCue Europe
