A leading company in network services is seeking a high-performing Client Partner for the EMEA Strategic Development team in Germany. The role involves managing enterprise client relationships, executing account strategies, and driving new business opportunities. We’re looking for a high-performing Client Partner to join our EMEA Strategic Development team, reporting to the Director of Strategic Development. Focused on the German and DACH region, you’ll grow Colt’s footprint within existing enterprise customers and engage new prospects. Working with low-spend, high-potential accounts, you’ll identify and qualify strategic opportunities, engaging senior IT decision-makers – including CIOs, CISOs, and Director-level executives – to drive Colt’s share of IT spend.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with local Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Client Partners to build strategic engagement plans, workshops, and executive meetings that position Colt as the provider of choice. You’ll be an ambassador for the value Colt’s Strategic Development team brings, ensuring each opportunity is resourced for success. If you're a relationship-driven enterprise salesperson with a passion for solving customer challenges and driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
Skills:
Writing exec summaries in proposals
Empathising with the customer’s business requirements
Running the sales engagement until it is ready to hand over to delivery.
Proposal writing such as the Shipley methodology.
Ability to run discovery and innovation workshops with the customer.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, open question and listening skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of networking and security solutions.
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
Proven track record in selling WAN (Wide Area Network) solutions into verticals such as Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive sectors.
