About the Role

Client Partners are Business Development Leaders who establish themselves as experts and business allies to their clients. With a mixture of advocacy and inquiry skills, the Client Partner provides maximum value in every sales interaction. They leverage industry knowledge, challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, bring insight, and provide solutions to their client’s specific business challenges and aspirations. Customers include mid-tier companies, enterprises, and multinational corporations.

Client Partners seek to uncover new opportunities and connect clients’ strategic goals and challenges to our client's suite of service offerings to increase account revenue and wallet share through creating new sales opportunities.

Requirements

You are

  • Experienced in consultative sales or customer management emphasizing account revenue growth, working with enterprise or large ISV clients. The primary focus would be FSI; secondary focuses could include Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare. Used to working in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and highly motivated to excel.
  • Able to work with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams due to strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Great at building trusted rapport with clients, influencing decision-making, and working across executive and operational levels on IT and business sides.
  • Capable of tracking multiple customers and managing legal processes (contracts, negotiations, NDA, etc.).
  • Able to maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of IT consulting and software development terms and concepts.
  • Well-versed in business intricacies, specifically in ensuring client success.
  • Preferably with Big Four consulting or top five tech consultancy experience.
  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Developing and maintaining a Key Account Plan based on a deep understanding of client pain points and goals.
  • Building and growing relationships with decision-makers to increase account revenue and wallet share.
  • Using expertise to uncover client needs and goals, communicating and persuasively delivering the value proposition of our services.
  • Facilitating opportunity and proposal management activities: asking relevant questions, evaluating interest, identifying further information needs, and following up with clients.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams to build strong client relationships, leading account development activities, and liaising with service teams for effective cooperation.
  • Achieving high NPS scores by monitoring customer satisfaction and initiating improvements.
  • Building trust and expanding networks with clients at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Ensuring quality data in CRM for customer retention and business development, resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensuring operational compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and standards, including understanding major IT infrastructure and security requirements.
  • Promoting our client's values and fostering a respectful, cooperative work environment.
