We are looking for a Client Onboarding Project Manager Collection (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time). Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden or Verl – flexible working conditions available.

Key responsibilities and main tasks:

  • Full E2E accountability for entire larger merchant/client onboardings in the BU Collection, leveraging existing processes.
  • Acts as a bridge between client and internal functional or business units, ensuring alignment and understanding, and identifying development needs together with Sales and Technical Sales.
  • Coordination of internal stakeholders (Sales, Risk Governance, Operational Finance, Technical Implementation, Key Account Management, Product and others) throughout the onboarding of new merchants and partners while providing the client with clear communication and transparency throughout the process.
  • Monitors the progress of onboarding tasks, provides regular updates, and drives transparency of the onboarding process within the organization.

Skills and qualifications:

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable education.
  • 5+ years' work experience in roles such as project manager, account manager, or similar positions.
  • Great understanding of the Debt Collection Products, such as Debt Collection, International Collection or Debt Purchase.
  • Skilled communicator with experience in networking with various stakeholders at different levels within a cross-functional organization.
  • A good understanding of our business is considered an advantage.
  • A proactive individual with a strong drive to complete assignments and a positive 'can-do' attitude, focused on client needs.
  • You are fluent in English and German; Dutch is beneficial.

We are establishing our Global Operations Excellence, including the Client Onboarding team. Here, we provide state-of-the-art onboarding for Riverty's products. You will collaborate with onboarding, technical implementation, and project managers to streamline and automate processes. Our international team includes colleagues from the Nordics, Germany, and the Netherlands, with a mix of senior and junior professionals.
