For our Fund Operations division, we are looking for aClient Manager Fund Operations (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
In this role, you combine professional clientrelationship management with operational responsibility. You manage FundOperations processes in the venture capital and private equity environment,remain actively involved in day-to-day operations, and guide your operationalsupport Team both for skill development an personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional client communicationand relationship management in the area of Fund Operations, ensuring clientneeds are understood and effectively addressed.
- Coordinate client requirementsinternally and ensure structured, timely, and solution-oriented execution.
- Manage and execute ongoing FundOperations processes for venture capital and private equity fund structures.
- Work closely with the Young Talents,provide technical guidance, and support knowledge transfer.
- Ensure high-quality fund data reflectedin the ERP system.
- Coordinate quarterly reports, specialreports, tax result notifications, and other fund documentation.
- Coordinate liquidity processes, capitalcalls, and distributions to fund investors.
- Ensure high data quality, processreliability, and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify optimization potential andactively drive process improvements as well as digital workflows.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Completed degreein Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field;alternatively, completed commercial training with sound experience in the fundsector.
- Several years ofrelevant professional experience in the financial services sector, ideally infund administration, fund operations, fund accounting, fund reporting, oralternative investments.
- Strong peopleorientation combined with clear, reliable, and service-oriented communicationskills.
- Strongunderstanding of venture capital and private equity fund structures as well asoperational end-to-end processes.
- Very goodknowledge of accounting, fund reporting, investor data maintenance, transactionprocessing, capital calls, and distributions.
- Experience inprofessional client relationship management.
- Strong affinityfor AI, digital innovation, and modular toolkits, with the ability to identifyopportunities to further develop and improve digital and AI-enabled processes.
- Confident use ofrelevant ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital processes.
- Structured,solution-oriented, and independent working style.
- Fluent Germanand English skills, both written and spoken.
