Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading HR Operations teams or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, offboarding, payroll and compliance.
• Experience managing external payroll providers in a multi-country environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.
• Passion for continuous improvement, business transformation and employee experience.
• Interest in leveraging technology and automation to enhance HR services.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists and Working Students
• Partner with employees, managers, and business leaders to provide expert HR support and guidance.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to exit.
• Manage external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
• Optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency, reporting, and data quality.
• Standardize and streamline HR processes to improve service delivery, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives and support business transformation.
• Use data and insights to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure HR operations comply with employment legislation and company policies.

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience leading HR Operations teams or similar
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience managing external payroll providers in a multi-country environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage
• Passion for continuous improvement, business transformation, and employee experience
• Strong interest in leveraging technology and automation to enhance HR services
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
