Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term client relationships? We are seeking a Client Executive to lead and nurture key client accounts at Orange Business. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and drive mutual success through tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to deliver value-driven solutions.
  2. Account Leadership: Lead a customer-focused team, ensuring alignment with client goals and company strategy. Oversee account governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Revenue & Profitability Growth: Manage the client’s P&L, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth while optimizing margins.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a 3-year account strategy, including business plans and financial targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
  5. Risk & Opportunity Management: Monitor account health, address risks proactively, and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the partnership.
  6. Market & Industry Insights: Gather insights on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in client-facing roles within IT services or solutions, with proven success in managing strategic accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L management; excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills; strategic thinker with CxO-level engagement experience; leadership ability to steer multicultural, virtual teams; knowledge of IT trends such as cloud, AI, and cybersecurity; fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Business, Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
