Responsibilities
- You will develop, lead, and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products. Purposefully position outcomes within the context of the client’s digital marketing journey from current to future state.
- You will work to influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through relationship building, storytelling, emotional intelligence, confident communication, and effective listening to identify clients’ end-to-end needs.
- You will lead sales planning with the account v-team, including achieving sales targets, increasing existing budgets, and opening new share of wallet opportunities with Audience ads and other incubation products. You will ensure shared accountability for sales targets with the v-team and collaborate to bring the best resources for deal success.
- You will expand the client’s view of the importance of MSA products and negotiate in a manner that ensures mutual satisfaction. Maintain good working relationships, persuade without manipulation, and keep a positive atmosphere during objections and negotiations.
- You will lead pipeline updates by reviewing top opportunities, identifying roadblocks, and engaging the right resources to address client objections.
- You will execute sales activities according to pipeline, new client, and opportunity management goals, driving client verifiable outcomes at each stage of the MSA Solution Selling process.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing focused on online media, search advertising, or SEM sales
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience
- OR strong and proven experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media or SEM sales and service experience
- Fluency in German and English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail Advertising
