Qualifikationen

Job Description

You will be responsible for renewals and upsells with a defined set of Nexthink's largest existing accounts. Your role includes overseeing executive relationship management for these accounts and leading virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to support our most valued clients.

What you will do in this role:
  1. Provide strategic leadership to clients
  2. Manage relationships between customers and Nexthink
  3. Collaborate with the solution teams to develop tailored Nexthink solutions based on customer strategic outcomes
  4. Manage all executive relationships between Nexthink and assigned clients
  5. Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deployment of global resources
  6. Build trust and multi-tiered relationships within clients' organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO level
  7. Develop clear roadmaps and capabilities to enhance customer experience
  8. Achieve financial targets related to licenses, renewals, and professional services
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Native German speaker, based in Germany
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Client Director or similar role, with proven multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship management
  • Driven and goal-oriented
  • Disciplined in managing time and resources, with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities
  • Intelligent, with the ability to learn quickly and establish credibility
