Qualifikationen

For our boutique in Dusseldorf, we are looking for a Client Development Manager with passion, energy, and drive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring service delivery aligns with those needs to drive client satisfaction and loyalty. This involves strategic account planning, networking within industry circles, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent service excellence.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate all in-store animations with the Europe marketing team and propose new ideas based on local boutique needs.
  2. Monitor the results of actions and share weekly reports on CRM KPIs with the team.
  3. Ensure the database is used effectively to optimize boutique business and maintain data quality (accurate contact information, etc.).
  4. Ensure the team is well-informed about the client development strategy and boutique clienteling objectives for the year.
  5. Assist the team in organizing their daily clienteling activities.
  6. Coach, train, and support the team in monitoring their clienteling performance and identifying opportunities.
  7. Serve as the key contact point for the Boutique Manager, sharing feedback and performance results, and maintaining regular contact with the regional marketing manager.
Profile
  • 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years in management, in a luxury product setting or hospitality.
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs to exceed expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and commercial creativity, with a good sense of fashion and knowledge of the luxury industry.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
