The Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations business unit, part of SAP Product Engineering, oversees this portfolio, working closely with all Board areas to ensure scalable, standardized, and transparent delivery.

Your Future Role

We seek a Client Delivery Manager to serve as the primary contact for SAP Cloud Customers of European Sovereign Cloud Services. The CDM manages end-to-end customer engagement from signing to renewal, including onboarding, service delivery, project initiation, architecture coaching, relationship management, and upselling. Maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong stakeholder relationships are key responsibilities, along with ensuring customer value and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement Management: Conduct service and business planning meetings, understand customer needs, explain SAP cloud strategies, promote adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization, and drive transformation.
  • Delivery Management: Act as single point of contact, de-escalate issues, manage release and maintenance activities, oversee service delivery according to scope and milestones, and support root cause analysis.
  • Account Management: Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with sales, ensure customer satisfaction surveys, review SLA cases, support change requests, and manage sizing/pricing of future requests.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of business processes (e.g., Logistics, Finance)
  • Project management fundamentals
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and cloud solutions
  • Experience with escalation procedures
  • Willingness to undergo governmental security clearance

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
