Your role involves:

  1. Driving our positioning within the E.ON Group, communicating what makes us unique, and creating awareness and desire for our offerings.
  2. Creating understanding of client needs and connecting this to our offerings.
  3. Spreading news through well-understood success stories tailored to the right audiences.
  4. Developing and executing comprehensive communication and marketing strategies, from overall positioning to compelling pitch stories.
  5. Translating strategies into tangible impact by managing tasks such as copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign supervision independently.
  6. Enhancing our client communications capabilities in a technology-driven organization by capturing hearts and minds.
What you are good at
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in professional services.
  • Ability to craft a compelling brand vision and bring it to life across multiple channels and media.
  • Strong strategic mindset with proactive drive and hands-on mentality in marketing activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills in English and German.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
