Qualifikationen

  • Akademischer oder vergleichbarer Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

We are currently looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Client Account Manager for our Wholesale and Retail teams to start as soon as possible. This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

Providing comprehensive and optimal support to our sales partners is our top priority. The focus of the role is daily contact with our customers, collaboration with and support for key account and sales managers, and independent support for Tier 3 customers.

What you will do

  • Active and passive support for sales partners (inbound and outbound calls, written and in-person communication), helping the sales team with upselling and cross-selling
  • Cold calls with sales partners, including product pitches
  • Independent support for Tier 3 customers from all customer segments
  • Support for key account managers and sales managers in meetings with sales partners (preparation of sales documents, sending of information, etc.)
  • Support / organization of roadshows, trade fairs, etc. in close cooperation with event marketing
  • Independent organization and implementation of virtual event formats
  • Evaluation and maintenance of the customer database (CRM)
  • Collaboration on sales projects.

What you bring

  • Academic or comparable degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable field of study
  • Initial professional experience either through internships or working student positions or through entry into a comparable role
  • Proven knowledge and experience of the German retail financial market
  • Understanding of the distribution of mutual funds to financial intermediaries
  • Experience in product sales and customer support
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Fluent written and spoken German (native) and English
  • Basic knowledge of ChatGPT and Data Analytics to generate insights, automate reporting, and support decision-making processes
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
  • High degree of flexibility and commitment as well as problem-solving skills
  • High level of self-motivation, quick comprehension, and a flexible and service-oriented attitude.
