Federal employees in Sembach, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% (percentage is subject to change) Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
One year of specialized experience which includes experience such as managing payroll and time keeping systems, processing payroll transactions, resolving critical pay discrepancies, and providing training on time keeping systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
