We are hiring a talented Civil & Structural Engineer to join the delivery team on a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a technically demanding role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

You’ll be responsible for managing and reviewing civil and structural packages across multiple stages — from substructure and groundworks to steel, concrete, and façade systems — working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure design and execution meet high standards of quality, safety, and programme.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of civil and structural works: groundworks, foundations, concrete, steel, cladding, external works

Liaise with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure buildability and specification compliance

Manage inspections, QA/QC processes, and interface management

Review drawings, structural models, technical submittals, and RFIs

Ensure full adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Monitor programme milestones and report on progress and risks

Support design changes, value engineering, and handover documentation

Candidate Requirements

10+ years' experience in a civil/structural engineering role on large construction projects

Proven background in data centres, pharma, industrial, or commercial builds

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar)

Strong understanding of Eurocodes, design coordination, and site execution

Familiar with reinforced concrete, steel structures, groundworks, and drainage systems

Fluent in English (German a bonus)

Must have valid EU work rights or German work permit
