Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial and/or civil construction works.
2. Experience in execution and/or coordination of construction projects.
3. Proficiency in PC operation (Microsoft Office) and AUTO-CAD.
4. Experience in coordinating and settling subcontractor works.
5. Valid driver’s license.
6. Dynamic personality with initiative, trustworthiness, responsibility, seriousness, and involvement.
7. Solution-oriented mindset.
8. Fairness and ability to argue effectively in decision-making.
9. Excellent communication and listening skills.
10. Self-possessed, correct, persuasive, energetic, with a broad vision.
11. Foreign languages such as English and French are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth interface between the company and beneficiaries for contract management.
2. Participate in preparing offers, including project study, offer preparation, and pre-measurements.
3. Check compliance with execution technology and quality standards; maintain ongoing quality control of works.
4. Verify work situations prepared by subcontractors.
5. Organize and follow up on changes and additional works that arise.
