Qualifikationen

CITYSALES ADVISOR (M/F/D)

Permanent, full-time - rotating at different POS in a city

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Responsibility for the successful sale of our exclusive products in various stores
• Ensuring a unique, luxurious shopping experience and high service standards for our customers
• Ensuring optimal product presentation and merchandising at the POS
• Achieving defined sales targets and monitoring individual sell-out results
• Organizing events for our customers independently in coordination with our Area Sales Managers
• Maintaining contact with store managers and motivating local teams

WHAT YOU STAND OUT:

• Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the premium/luxury sector (retail, hotel industry, gastronomy, etc.)
• Experience in beauty and field service is an advantage
• Experience in building a customer base
• Understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market or a strong motivation to learn about it
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Proficient in working with key figures
• Open, confident personality with sales and communication strength
• High service orientation & flexibility
• Confidence in presentations during training and coaching
• Willingness to travel & driver's license class B (for Area Sales Advisor (m/f/d))
