YOUR MISSION AT VOI

The City Success team plays a critical role in expanding Voi’s presence in both new and existing markets. We achieve this by building strong relationships with external stakeholders while leveraging our commercial, operational, and strategic expertise. As a City Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial and operational success of a designated region, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Market Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Head of City Success, and Country Manager to define and implement strategies for growth, setting clear objectives and success metrics for your cities.
  • Commercial & Financial Ownership: Oversee city-level P&Ls, ensuring a deep understanding of cost drivers and revenue opportunities to optimize overall financial performance.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Work closely with central growth teams to leverage analytics and enhance key metrics such as scooter utilization, fleet efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Public Policy and Partnerships teams to strengthen relationships with local stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business development initiatives that expand Voi’s footprint.
  • Expansion & Market Growth: Support the launch of new cities and the expansion of existing operations, collaborating with core operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Competitor Collaboration: Where applicable, engage with competitors operating in shared markets to improve compliance and strengthen industry presence.
  • Customer & City Relations: Address concerns and feedback from users and city officials, ensuring a proactive approach to issue resolution and service improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and market positioning.
  • Tender & Business Development: Contribute to pre-tender and tender processes to maximize Voi’s chances of securing and retaining key city contracts.

We seek a results-driven professional with strong analytical, operational, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to make a lasting impact in urban mobility.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a hyper-growth start-up environment
  • Proficiency in tools such as G-Suite and MS Office. You are very comfortable working with and analysing large data sets
  • Experience in leading large cross-functional teams as part of complex internal or external project management
  • Experience working with and effectively influencing external stakeholders, such as partners, government and media
  • Experience working closely with a P&L, budgets, and business cases
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in business, economics, engineering or similar would be ideal
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
