Job Description

Position: Citrix Global Sales Program Manager

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  1. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.
  2. Drive the development and execution of strategy, business development, and go-to-market plans.
  3. Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
  4. Drive results through demand identification and creation opportunities.
  5. Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines of communication.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team across geographies to understand business trends, forecast, and consolidate input to management.
  7. Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
  8. Closely work with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
  9. Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
  10. Ensure the sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
