The Opportunity:

Are you interested in continuing your career in Europe in a mission-focused environment? CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are seeking experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support EUCOM mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, maintaining, upgrading, patching, and securing Microsoft Windows desktop environments in multiple Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
2. Operating and maintaining Citrix infrastructure (PVS, DDC, StoreFront servers, etc.).
3. Maintaining Microsoft Windows systems within DoD environments.
4. Managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments and preparing master OS images for deployment.
5. Communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and customer leadership to drive innovation and share capabilities.

Secondary responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and updating Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, implementing technical standards, and collaborating with teams to optimize systems and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong VDI background with experience managing Citrix and Horizon solutions.
• Ability to follow technical guidance and independently implement it.
• High service availability management skills.
• BA/BS + 3 years recent experience or AA/AS + 7 years or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certification per DoD 8570.1 Level II.
• US Citizenship and Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Motivated, self-starting individual.
• Strong Microsoft Windows desktop OS experience.
• Knowledge of DoD IA/Cybersecurity regulations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex IT issues.
• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V).

Desired:

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience evaluating and integrating new technologies.

Pay Range

The salary range is $75,200 - $158,100 USD, influenced by various factors including experience, location, and education.
