Qualifikationen

• Fachkenntnisse in der Herstellung und Montage von chirurgischen Instrumenten.
• Erfahrung mit mindestens einem speziellen Verfahren wie Laserschweißen.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder entsprechende Ausbildung.

Location: Tuttlingen

General Responsibilities

Independent manufacturing of single- and multi-part medical devices. Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment in the assigned area, e.g., grinding, filing, drilling, milling, bending, straightening, deburring, annealing, assembly, etc.

Your Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble complex, diverse, and single surgical instruments independently.
• Set up the workstation and operate conventional machines.
• Perform grinding, deburring, filing, bending, straightening, drilling, and assembling surgical instruments and parts.
• Learn and maintain process requirements to meet safety, quality, compliance, production, and training standards.
• Conduct in-process and quality inspections as per specifications.
• Perform functional and surface inspections.
• Ensure timely and proper assembly according to manufacturing orders, assembly and inspection instructions, procedural guidelines, and drawings.
• Handle various measuring instruments, including gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes.

What You Bring

• School leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Completed technical training, e.g., as a tool mechanic (instrument technology), surgical mechanic, or a comparable profession.
• At least 2 years of professional experience or a combination of education, experience, and training.
• Training in at least one special process such as laser welding, TIG welding, soldering, or similar.
• Proficiency in German (negotiation level) and basic knowledge of English.
