Your Responsibilities – Combining Strategic Leadership and Hands-On Execution

• Develop and implement a clear technical vision and strategy, while actively contributing to the daily tasks
• Build, mentor, and work directly within our small, interdisciplinary tech team
• Actively participate in development, debugging, and solving technical challenges
• Continuously select, evaluate, and evolve our technology stacks
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and IT security hands-on
• Optimize development processes through agile methodologies and direct involvement
• Work closely and collaboratively with the founding team, Customer Success, and Operations
• Hands-on assessment and implementation of new technologies (e.g., AI integration, IoT, automation)

Your Profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in tech, including substantial hands-on roles
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with direct technical contributions
• Deep understanding of modern software architectures and SaaS solutions
• Solid experience with agile software development and DevOps practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills, comfortably bridging business needs and technical details
• Ideally experienced in digitizing industrial or SME processes
