- Provide mentorship, career development, and clear growth paths for senior engineers and tech leads.
- Lead and continuously improve the hiring process to ensure we attract and assess the best technical talent.
- Promote a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that empowers teams while staying aligned to company goals.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth cross-functional execution across ML, software, QA, and clinical deployment.
- Oversee external integrations and technical partnerships (e.g., workflow systems, clinical platforms).
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards (e.g., MDR, FDA, ISO 13485).
- Build and maintain robust internal documentation and processes to support scale and audit readiness.
Your Background
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems, ideally with imaging data.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Proven experience in building cloud-native applications and infrastructure, including CI/CD, monitoring, and security practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience delivering regulated products from prototype to production, ideally in healthcare or medtech.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, HL7, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Understanding of radiology workflows and clinical decision-making contexts.
- Experience with MLOps tooling and pipelines, including model versioning, monitoring, and reproducibility.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MDR and FDA, and experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485).
- Strong hiring instincts and a track record of building high-caliber tech teams.
- Experience communicating technical roadmaps and risks to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and clinical partners.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) is a strong plus.
