Orizon GmbH sucht für einen bekannten Kunden als Chief Scrum Master (m/w/d) im Ground Mission und Armament System der Eurodrone-Abteilung. Hauptstandort ist Ingolstadt, mit Einsätzen in Manching.

Sie führen eine Community aus Scrum Masters, coachen Teams und Stakeholder, gestalten CI/CD-Pipelines und sorgen für messbare Wertlieferung. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Systems Engineering, CSP/SPC-Zertifizierung und langjährige Erfahrung in agilem Delivery.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Systems Engineering oder vergleichbar.
• Zertifizierung als CSP oder SPC von Vorteil.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in agiler Lieferung als Scrum-Master oder Agile-Coach.
• Erfahrung mit 4+ Scrum-Teams oder Scrum of Scrums und Schulung von Scrum/SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Führen und Coaching einer Community von Scrum Masters und mehreren Scrum-Teams.
• Teams und Führungskräfte zu Scrum (und SAFe) coachen.
• Konfigurationsmanagement-Prozesse entwerfen, implementieren und warten.
• Anwendung von System-Engineering-Prinzipien zur Abstimmung von agilem Arbeitsfluss mit Engineering-Standards.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Chief Scrum Master (m/f/d) for Ground Mission and Armament System within the Eurodrone department. Ingolstadt will be the main location with some activities performed in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a community of Scrum Masters and multiple Scrum Teams
• Coach teams and senior leaders on Scrum (and SAFe when required)
• Design, implement and maintain Configuration Management Processes
• Support the application of Systems-Engineering principles (requirements, architecture, integration, verification) to keep agile work aligned with engineering standards
• Identify, map and mitigate cross-team dependencies, program-level risks and maintain RAID logs
• Work with DevOps to set up and improve CI/CD pipelines and define configuration and quality criteria
• Track and report key agile metrics (velocity, PI predictability, change-lead time, baseline compliance) on dashboards for stakeholders
• Align delivery with Business Owners and Product Management
• Guarantee that every increment delivers measurable value
• Remove structural impediments that block the flow of work
• Dealing with Quality & testing advocacy by promoting system-level, acceptance and regression testing within agile workflows
• Define baselines and change-control processes

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or comparable
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Many years of professional experience in agile delivery, as Scrum-Master or Agile-Coach
• Experience guiding 4+ Scrum Teams or a Scrum-of-Scrums and in training Scrum/ SAFe to Scrum Masters, Product Owners and executives
• Knowledge in system life-cycle models (ISO/IEC 15288, INCOSE) and translating engineering artifacts into agile backlog items
• Knowledge about Program-level dependency, Risk Management and Configuration Management
• Skills in Jira, Bigpicure, Atlassian, Git, Serena Dimensions, CI/CD and DevOps
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German skills are advantageous
• English CV is needed
