Qualifikationen

Your profile
  • Degree in industrial engineering or business administration
  • Proven experience in international sales and in leading international sales teams
  • Ability for strategic orientation and its implementation paired with fast, goal-oriented ability to act at close range
  • Ability to think in terms of customer needs and at the same time implement them in line with the corporate strategy
  • Cosmopolitan personality with an interest in serving cultural dimensions
  • High affinity for sales-supporting tools such as CRM and the drive to use them profitably
  • Convincing and winning leadership personality, networker and team player
  • High willingness to travel internationally for business
  • Very good command of English

Your mission

As CSO, you will play a key role in our company's ambitious growth strategy and report directly to the CEO.

  • Further development, implementation and safeguarding of the global, ambitious growth strategy in close cooperation with the CEO, Marketing and Product Management
  • Market penetration in existing markets, identification of new markets and application of the successful business model in these markets
  • Responsibility for the global sales organization and group-wide targets
  • Preparation of sales budgets with full P&L responsibility, implementation of measures to achieve financial targets, promotion of profitability and sustainable growth
  • Expansion and further development of a success-oriented sales team
  • Further development of the distribution landscape and establishment of a partner system for multipliers (design houses & ODM)
  • Personal cultivation and expansion of relationships with key accounts
  • Establishment of sales controlling incl. forecasting up to 5 years, KPIs
  • Further development and harmonization of sales processes
  • Expansion of Salesforce
  • Constant monitoring of the competition to ensure sustainable success
