We’re looking for a Chief Operations Officer to build the operational engine that powers HOLY’s next chapter—from €100M to €1B. At HOLY, operations aren’t just a backend function—they define the customer experience. Every delivery, support ticket, and logistics moment is a brand touchpoint. Our ops are fast, human, and (when done right) a little bit magical.
You’ll take full ownership of ~50% of the company’s P&L and lead a team of 20+ across Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Customer Service. You’ll balance CX, scale, growth, and profitability, while serving as the operational bridge between Product, Retail, Growth, and Finance.
